Dear Future (formerly IIH Nordic), an award-winning AI consultancy known as the best analytics house in Denmark, is seeking a motivated intern to join our Customer Partnership & Growth team. We're looking for a commercially-minded individual who can support our client engagement initiatives while contributing to our AI development efforts. Working with our portfolio of C20 and international brand clients, you'll gain valuable experience in digital analytics, marketing disciplines and emerging AI applications.

Who are you?

• A bachelor or master's student in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 

• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in client relationships, strategy and business development. 

• An excellent communicator comfortable with approaching people across different teams and positions

• Structured, tech-savvy and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Previous experience in a business environment is advantageous

• Written and spoken fluency in English and Danish

• Based in Denmark or able to arrange your own transport during the internship period

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships, including preparation for meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing communication

• Help identify growth opportunities across our existing client portfolio

• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and case studies for clients and partners

• Track and analyze client satisfaction metrics to inform service improvements

• Help translate client briefs and needs into concrete project scopes

• Support the identification of AI applications in our digital analytics & marketing services

• Doing research and follow new updates about Gen AI and AI

• Contribute to internal knowledge-building by capturing learnings, best practices, and client insights

• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and case studies for clients and partners
